We Help Women Entrepreneurs Break into the World of Technology

About the Program

Women in Tech enters its 4th year as a prestigious program dedicated to supporting selected female entrepreneurs. The program is designed for women entrepreneurs whose projects range from the business plan stage to an already operating business, with a strong emphasis on technology. Additionally, the project must align with one of the core pillars of the Tech4All initiative: health, education, development, environment, or mobility.

The five participants whose projects impress the expert jury the most will be selected for an attractive year-long program, receiving individual support worth CZK 300,000 for each business. Participants will gain access to educational courses, tailored mentoring, networking opportunities with alumni through the Mastermind platform, training in presentation skills, and the chance to showcase their projects at investor meetings, known from previous years as Inspirational Breakfasts.

This unique project is made possible through a collaboration between the Czech Chamber of Commerce, represented by the Research Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (VUPI), and Huawei, along with other esteemed partners. The program’s main coordinator and ambassador is Linda Štucbartová, while the patron for participants and alumni is Jaroslava Šnejdarová (Women in Tech 2023).

The five chosen participants will embark on a year-long journey of tailored support, including educational courses, mentoring, networking with program alumni, presentation skills training, and investor pitching opportunities.

Program Ambassador & Coordinator – Linda Štucbartová
Linda is dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations. She leads women’s leadership programs and transformational initiatives for board members. As the first certified Talent Dynamics trainer in the Czech Republic, she brings extensive experience from corporate, non-profit, academic, and public sectors.

Joining the Community of Inspiring Women – Alumni WIT

By participating in the 2025 program, each selected participant will receive a package of activities, training, and marketing support worth CZK 300,000.

The WIT Package Includes:

Education, Webinars, and Workshops

A variety of educational events, online seminars, and workshops focused on developing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.

4 expert online workshops tailored to the specific needs of participants. Previous workshops have covered topics such as LinkedIn management and training, AI utilization, marketing and PR, presentation skills, and more, organized by the Czech Chamber of Commerce.
1 online inspirational meeting with a renowned figure from the Czech business world.
Business Case Study Breakfast – Inspiration, networking, and practical know-how. Start your day with motivation, new contacts, and valuable insights to elevate your business.

Marketing Support

Providing marketing tools and expertise for effective promotion of female entrepreneurs’ products and services. Year-round PR activities to promote individual projects and ensure media visibility throughout the program.

Participation in the Final Award Ceremony

An opportunity to attend the closing ceremony and evaluation of the WIT program alongside partners and media representatives.

Evaluation and Selection Process

Eligibility and Compliance Check:

After the deadline, submitted proposals will be carefully reviewed to ensure they meet the program’s eligibility and compliance criteria. This phase includes verifying whether proposals fulfill the required conditions and are complete.

Proposal Assessment:

Eligible proposals will be evaluated based on:

Innovation and Creativity – The originality and uniqueness of the business idea or plan.
Business Potential and Scalability – The ability to expand and succeed in the market.
Quality and Efficiency of Execution – The feasibility and strength of the implementation plan.
Female Leadership – The level of women’s involvement in leadership roles.
Commitment and Motivation – The dedication of the applicant.
Alignment with Key Focus Areas – The business must contribute to at least one of the following sectors: health, education, development, environment, or mobility.
